Why choose
Search 2
Sales
to create and manage your Google AdWords campaign?
Because
it's all about ROI and .....
Value
–
When you look at my process you will
see that I divide the work into
three distinct phases; Start-up,
Development and Mature,
with costs based on the actual work
performed, not your monthly ad spend, the number of keywords in your
campaign or some arbitrary fixed
amount. There
are no contracts, set-up fees or
on-going expenses. You choose what
kind of help is right for you, and when the campaign
matures, you have an established relationship with
a professional AdWords consultant who
is
intimately
familiar with your campaign and
is available on an as-needed basis.
There is no "minimum monthly fee".
Now that's value!
Flexibility
- Whether you will be creating your
first internet marketing campaign,
looking for ways to improve your
existing campaign or you would like
to be mentored in the finer points
of the Google AdWords program, it
makes no difference to me. I will spend the
time in whatever way is most
beneficial to you. Getting your
campaign to the point you want it is
a journey and you decide how quickly
we get there. If you want me to do
all the work, I will. If you want me to
coach you on how to do it, that's
fine also.
Cost
– If you have been shopping around, you may have noticed a sizeable
difference in the cost to design, implement and manage a PPC campaign. There are several reasons for this which are not appropriate to go into here. However in almost all cases it comes down to cost structure. As an independent consultant, I have minimal overhead which translates into lower costs to you, the client.
You only pay for
the time I spend on your project.
You are not committed to any
on-going expense or contract. My fee
is $100/hr.
Minimal risk
–
My services are designed to provide the most value
with the least amount of risk, backed by a guarantee.
You may
cancel my service at any time if you
are not completely satisfied and any
unused fee will be returned without
question. This puts the onus on me to
continually deliver value.
Personal attention - The first thing that you will notice is that you are dealing directly with
me, John McLellan. I am the person who works with you through the sales process, defines your requirements, delivers the service and provides support. While I have a few subcontractors
who help me with deep technical issues and the occasional administrative support, I will be the only person you deal with.
Competence
– Have you noticed the icons at the bottom of the page from Google and Yahoo? These icons indicate that I have achieved a level of competence only given to firms that have been tested and certified. If you click on either of these icons you will be taken to their respective web sites where you will see that I have been certified. Don’t be fooled by other firms who simply display the icon. If you click on their icon and are not taken to the Google AdWords or Yahoo Search Marketing web sites where the certification for that company is displayed, report the company to the respective search provider.
Focus -
PPC is all I do and 95% of that is
Google AdWords. I don't do web
development, SEO, social networking
or any other form of marketing or
advertising. I specialize in Google
AdWords and how to use it to drive
qualified traffic to your website
and how to get the visitor to do
what you want them to do once they
get there. It's
called conversion optimization.
Process
- Being certified as "Google
Qualified" and becoming book smart
on the finer details of Google
AdWords is still a long way from
being successful at creating and
managing campaigns. Having developed
over 200 campaigns in almost as many
industries has helped me develop a
proven process that works. Knowing
what to do, when to do it and to
what degree, is what seperates the
novice from the professional. If you
would like some additional insight,
please visit my
Processes
page.
Accountability – Have you noticed the “BBB On-line Reliability Program” icon on the bottom of the page? This means that I have not only subscribed to the highest standards of business conduct, but I have also offered to be held accountable to any client or prospect who wishes to file a comment.
Transparency
–
Some
agencies want to create and maintain
your Google AdWords campaign within
their own account. This means that
you must pay them each month for
click charges instead of paying
Google directly. There are several
drawbacks to this approach. Here are
a few:
1) How do you know they actually
spent what they charged you for
click charges? 2) If you later
decide to manage the campaign on
your own or give it to another
agency, they might not give you the
campaign. 3) Even if they did give
you the campaign data, moving it to
another account would have a
negative impact on performance. 4)
AdWords has a feature called “Change
History” which lets you see what
was done to your account and when.
Unless you have access to the
account, you don’t have access to
the change history.
I
only create and manage existing
client accounts. You pay the click
charges directly to Google and you
can see everything I do by reviewing
the change history. If you
decide to later manage the account
yourself or give it to another
agency, you simply terminate my
access to your account and
everything is maintained. That’s
what I call transparency.
More than you expected – If you haven’t already done so, please read the page titled “Evolution of the search marketer”. If you are new to internet marketing, then this will provide some real insight into what lies ahead. If you are a current advertiser and you are struggling with how to increase your ROI, then this will be all too familiar.
My 25+ years of sales, marketing and consulting experience are at your fingertips. Delivering qualified prospects to your web site is only the beginning. What you do on your web site is as important as how you treat a prospect that walks through the front door or calls you on the phone. Marketing is all about how you get a prospect to the front door, sales is
about what happens when they walk
through the door. I can help you with both.
Market Exclusivity – This means
I will not pit one of my clients
against another in the same
market. For example, if you sell
widgets in the US and Canada, I
will not take on another client who
offers widgets in the US and Canada
as long as I manage your account.
Do you have any other
questions or concerns that are not addressed here? If so, I would like to know what they are and I will do everything I can to
address them. Please give me a call or click on over to the

Me page.
