PPC campaign design, development

and management Services

The primary service I offer is the design, development and on-going management of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. Primarily Google AdWords. PPC is a form of Search Engine Marketing and is also known by other names such as: Sponsored Search, Sponsored Links, Keyword Advertising, Paid Search, Cost-Per-Click and others.

The fact that you are reading this page indicates that you believe PPC could be a viable source of leads or sales for your business. If you have no prior experience you probably are thinking, “I don’t want to spend the time it takes to learn PPC or manage a campaign”, especially if it doesn’t work for me and my business. If you are an existing advertiser you are probably thinking, “Can my campaign be improved? Can I get a better ROI?”

I have created a lot of information which is easily accessible on this web site to help you determine if PPC is right for you and your business. See the Related Topics in the right margin, the Resources section and my free e-book titled “The Small Business Guide to Search Engine Marketing” which is free for the asking.

If you are trying to decide whether to use my service or any other professional management firm, I’d like to use a golf analogy to make a point. Having a successful PPC campaign is a lot like playing golf. Anyone can pick up a set of clubs and start hitting the ball, but if you want to seriously compete in the game, then it takes the right set of clubs and lots of experience.

It’s really quite easy to open an account, choose a few keywords and begin driving traffic to your web site. But, the key to maximizing ROI is to have lots of relevant keywords that reduce the average cost-per-click (CPC), continually split-testing ad copy, improving and testing your landing pages. Only experienced campaign managers have the right tools, processes and insight to compete and win in this market.

PPC is a supply and demand market that is becoming more competitive every day. Gone are the days of “low-hanging fruit” in the PPC marketing world. Today competition is much stronger, keywords are more expensive and the search providers are constantly changing their algorithms to force advertisers to compete in the same small space. You simply can’t afford the time it takes to become proficient at PPC marketing. You need to focus on running your business and find the right firm to manage this channel, whether it is for branding, leads or direct sales.

My business model is different from most other agencies. I do not charge based on ad spend, number of keywords or for obtaining any specific results. I charge based on the actual time it takes to perform the work. There are no big up-front fees or long-term contracts. You may cancel my service at any time if you are not completely satisfied and any unused protion of my fee is returned without question. Whether you would like to start from scratch or simply need some coaching to identify problems, it makes no difference to me.

To get a better idea of just what the process is like and the cost involved, please visit the pricing page. I have developed guidelines that I believe are indicative of the actual effort required and combined that with a great deal of flexibility to minimize cost and increase value.
